本日は、『呼吸』について書かせて頂きます。
甘くみてはいけません‼️ 呼吸の重要性🔍☜
気にされた事がある方少なくないと思いますが…『呼吸が深い』ということには多くのメリットが‼️
・筋緊張の緩和…副交感神経を優位にし全身の過度な緊張が抜けやすいです
・体感(脊柱)の安定…腹横筋などの体感を安定させる筋肉が働き体感や背骨の安定性が高まります
・姿勢の改善…横隔膜という筋肉が働くことで『胸椎』の動きが良くなり姿勢が整います
呼吸エクササイズ載せておきましたのでお時間あるとき実施してください‼️

Don’t underestimate it‼️
The importance of breathing🔍↲
You may have thought about it before…
But did you know that “deep breathing” comes with many benefits?‼️
Here are just a few:
• Relieves muscle tension
Deep breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to release excessive tension throughout the body.
• Stabilizes the core (spine)
It engages core-stabilizing muscles such as the transverse abdominis, which increases stability of the spine and core.
• Improves posture
When the diaphragm is properly engaged, it enhances movement in the thoracic spine (mid-back), contributing to better posture.
